We try to curate a range of romance reads from zero spice to VERY spicy. We also love fantasy and romantasy genres. Both of these are available as New copies as well as ‘Second Loved’, which is our way of saying pre-read or discounted. We also have a small collection of childrens books availble.

Yes! We’ve worked very hard to find local New England based, women owned businesses to carry their products. From bookmarks, stickers, journals and mugs. Our inventory is ever changing based on the season and what new fun finds we can bring your way. Hopefully you’ll always see something new and different each time you visit the truck.

Yes! SLSC accepts donations of gently read Romance & Fantasy books to help keep our ‘Second Loved’ section filled.

We do NOT accept books in poor condition, Ex-Library books, books that do not align with our values or ARC’s.

When you donate eligible books you will receive a little thank you from us! Less than 5 books will receive a 5% off coupon for the shop. 5 books will receive 10% off, 10 books will receive 15% off and 10+ books will receive a 20% off coupon for future purchases from the truck!

This is subject to change as the business grows and our needs change.

Even if your books do not fall into our donation category for the truck, we accept all donations and use them to fill our Tiny Free Library as well as restock local free libraries in the South Shore. These donations do not qualify for the discount coupons
